"My skin is feeling so much smoother"
I’ve been using Obagi for a few weeks now, and I’m really starting to notice a difference in my skin texture. The rough spots have calmed down, and my makeup seems to go on more evenly too. It definitely wasn’t an overnight change, but the whole experience has been smooth, and I’m really happy with how my skin is looking so far

"Pretty good for my oily skin"
I have oily, kind of sensitive skin, so I’m always nervous trying new stuff. This one didn’t break me out, which basically means it’s working for me lol. It did take a little while to notice anything, but my face feels more even now, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered from obagi.com, and the whole process was simple pretty much. The product is easy to apply, not messy at all, and on my skin it spreads quick without me needing to use a lot.
I like that into my morning routine it fits without adding extra steps. No weird texture or big hassle, just put it on and go kind of thing. 5 stars from me...

I ordered from obagi.com and the checkout was easy, like nothing confusing or weird came up.
The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I guess I was expecting it to show up a bit sooner, and the tracking updates were sort of slow too.
The product was packed fine when it arrived, so no complaints there. I just wish the delivery timing had been a little more clear.

"Well... I ordered my Obagi serum..."
Well... I ordered my Obagi serum directly from obagi.com because I was nervous about getting a fake from other sites. It showed up sealed, the batch code looked normal, and the texture and smell were the same as the one I used to get from my derm.
Shipping took a few extra days and the checkout emails were basic, so that part wasn’t amazing. But the product itself seems totally legit, and I’d buy from them again.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and my dark spots do look a little softer than when I started. It’s not a huge change yet, but I can see a small difference in my uneven tone, so I’ll keep using it a bit longer.

"Wish the refund had been quicker"
I ordered from obagi and ended up having to return one of the products because it just didn’t agree with my skin. I kind of wish I’d looked into it a bit more before buying, but the return itself was easy enough. The only thing that was frustrating was the refund taking longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish the whole process had been a little smoother.

My order showed up on time, which was great, but I couldn’t help focusing on the packaging. The box had a dent in it, and the padding inside felt kind of cheap. The product itself was fine thankfully, but for the price, I expected the packaging to feel a little more secure

"Breakouts are finally calming down"
I’ve been using Obagi for around 6 weeks now, and my breakouts are finally not as angry as they were. I was so tired of the constant breakouts, the redness, the oily feeling, just dealing with the same annoying skin stuff over and over. I still get a little spot here and there, which is frustrating because of course I’d love for them to be totally gone, but overall my skin feels a lot calmer and not nearly as greasy. Shipping was fine, no complaints there. So far I’m happy with it.

"Same good stuff every single time"
It’s kind of ridiculous how consistent this place is. Every time I order, it’s the same good quality, no surprises, no weird off day, nothing to complain about. I keep expecting something to go wrong at some point, but nope, it’s just reliably good every time.

"The discounts feel a little misleading"
I do like Obagi’s products, but the promos on Obagi Medical can be frustrating. A discount popped up — which seemed great, but then once I got to checkout, it didn’t apply to the item I actually wanted. The shipping minimum also kind of ate into the savings, so it didn’t feel like much of a deal in the end. Not a terrible site or anything — just wish the sale details were clearer.

"Got What I Needed, But the Site Needs Work"
I was able to find what I was looking for, but the whole experience felt clunkier than it should. Pages were loading slowly, and checking out on my phone was more confusing than expected. It worked in the end, but I really think the site team needs to take accountability and clean up these issues so customers aren’t left struggling through a basic purchase.

I actually checked the ingredients before buying this and liked that it wasn’t packed with a bunch of random fillers. My skin’s been handling it really well, and the vitamin C feels fresh, not weird or harsh. It is a little pricey tbh, but the quality seems like it’s there

"Not for my skin, unfortunately"
I really wanted obagi to work for me, and at first I was kind of hopeful, but after a few days my skin got really red and stingy. I followed the directions, so I don’t think I overdid it, but my face started feeling tight and extra sensitive, especially on my cheeks. It was the kind of irritated feeling where you keep checking the mirror and wondering if it’s getting worse. Maybe it’s great for some people, and skin is so weird like that, but for me it was just too harsh. I ended up stopping and going back to a super basic routine until my skin calmed down.

I picked up Obagi Medical thinking it would be the fix for my dry skin, and I kind of assumed quickly that it would be more hydrating than it was.
Right after applying it, my skin felt fine, so I thought maybe it was working. But a few hours later, that tight dry feeling came back, and I noticed some spots looked oily while other areas were flaky.
It might be great for someone else, but for my skin and the price, I expected a lot more. I’m sure I won’t be repurchasing
